Privacy Statement
The website is committed to protecting the privacy of its users. Our goal is to provide you with a secure online experience and ensure the privacy of any information you provide to us for the purposes mentioned below. As a job site, the website will request job seekers and employers to provide any information related to job search or the desired person to be employed in order to enhance the effectiveness of the search process.
Registration
To fully participate in the job seekers’ database or research activities, you must register on the website. Non-registered users are granted partial access, allowing them to view advertised job vacancies without contact information. During the registration process, we will request contact information from companies and job seekers. Additionally, companies will be asked to provide information about themselves. The website is the sole owner of the information collected on the registration pages and will not disclose this information to any third party outside the company. Your contact information, such as your name and email address, may be used to communicate with you regarding any features/services provided by our site that may be beneficial to you. Our aim is to provide our users with an excellent service that leaves a positive impact every time they visit our website. Therefore, we encourage you to explore the job listings/articles/forums and other attachments that can benefit you in your career/daily activities. The collected details do not include customers’ credit card information. Credit card information will not be stored, sold, shared, or rented to any third party.
Resumes
There are two ways for job seekers to publish their resumes in the database:
- Job seekers can build and disable their resumes. When your resume is not complete on the website, recruitment officers cannot search for or view your resume using the search feature provided to them.
- Job seekers can build and enable their resumes. This allows any subscribed employers to access the job seekers’ resumes. The website does not assume any responsibility for the privacy of copies obtained by recruitment officers in companies, which are stored in the company’s files and its own database.
Job seekers have the option to conceal their current workplace to prevent its disclosure in the search conducted by recruitment officers, thus providing an additional means of privacy protection. This option can be easily activated in the resume editor. When this option is enabled, your resume will appear in the search conducted by recruitment officers with your latest recorded experiences but without displaying the name of your current workplace. You can make changes/modifications to your resume at any time and delete it from our database whenever you want.
Public Page
Job seekers have the option to create a public page on the website based on the information provided in their resumes, considering that by choosing to do so, their personal page becomes publicly accessible, and search engines can reach it. Job seekers can enable or disable their public personal page at any time, considering that when the public page is enabled, search engines and others can make permanent copies of it. Even if the user disables their personal page, our website cannot prevent the display of copies of their personal page obtained by search engines and others.
